In my practice, I work with adults on an individual and couple basis. I specialize in personal growth, life & work transitions, relationship enhancement, gay and lesbian related issues and graduate dissertation assistance. I also provide consultation and training to therapists and organizations and am available for lectures and workshops.
As a therapist, I value the exploration of historical and developmental issues, family dynamics and attachments and the role that these play in shaping thoughts, feelings, values and one’s overall sense of self. I have found that this process allows for deeper self-understanding, self-enrichment, shifts toward personal development, and greater intimacy and connection with others.
I believe that a collaborative, safe, and consistent therapeutic connection is an important factor in working through difficult issues and growth in general.
